В целом не плохо, но надо устранить замечания. Забита канализация и вытяжка на кухне. В ванной тоже вода плохо уходит. Смеситель на кухне надо установить шаровый, старый подкапывает и подтекает. В розетки очень туго и сложно вставить вилку. На лоджии не закрывается окно. Гладильная доска не устанавливается. Телевизор на кухне без дистанции.

Ideal place to explore St. Petersburg. Near Metro station, supermarkets and City Mall. The host speaks english. The aparment has been clean and was equipped with all necessary things (kitchen, iron, washing machine). The area is in general safe! I can recommend this Apartments.
