"Perfect"

"The parking is not clear. When I arrived the self parking situation was confusing. I decided to just go ahead and do valet, but the valet attendant was no where to be found. I parked and went in and talked with front desk. They said he will be right back so went to room and came back down. He gave me a card which says scan the QR code. Well the QR code didn’t work. It is within walking distance to the State Farm Stadium but it’s a rough area and wouldn’t recommend it."

"This low key and comfortable hotel is located adjacent to the high rise where the US passport Atlanta is located. I came to overnight to process my passport in person. It was convenient and hassle free. I also came on the MARTA train direct from the airport. The MARTA Peachtree Station is located across the street. "This is a decent and clean hotel. Overall the stay was good, excellent staff. My biggest issue is the the lack of refrigerator in the room, the non-working Alexa system, the broken door handle that had to be repaired at my request. The general area is good and safe and the hotel has nice security guards that are serious."

"The service across the entire hotel was top notch (e.g. cleaning crew, front desk, bell hop, valet, etc.). The staff were the standout for this hotel. The location of the hotel is great - right in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The hotel restaurant had pretty good food and was convenient. The hotel gym had great equipment in it. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the guys working in valet parking. However the coffee ran out several times every morning and it was slow to be replenished. We didn’t have all of the soaps in our bathroom sink. And Saturday night music was being played with swear words in the bar/lobby area. Having said that, whenever I asked for help or needed something, staff were friendly and helpful."
