"When I arrived, I was put in an attic room with a broken window. This window has huge gaps around it which would of made the bed wet. However I contacted them on the app and they quickly moved us. The room we moved in to was alot better, more space and no broken window. It's about 20 minutes walk away from the main square so not too far, lots of charity shops, shops and food places around. The bus route is just at the top of the road. The mattress and beds needs upgrading. People would happily come back if they beds were better. Feeling every spring is in the bed puts people off coming back to this place. "

"Finding parking on the street can be very challenging during the day however the hotel has an agreement with a neighbour hotel with a car lot you can use. We found this very helpful during our stay"

"Hotel was lovely, room very clean and well fitted out. Staff where very helpful and the bar staff where very nice 10 out of 10 . Breakfast on the other hand was a not great. No milk available for cereals, orange juice was warm, only one toaster, there was a queue of people waiting to use it, most of the breakfast pastries where empty and not refilled, the sausages where poor quality and not nice, only one bottle of tomato ketchup for the whole dining room, I had to go search for it as I couldn't find any waiting staff. There was no teaspoons anywhere and I seen other clients stirring their drinks with other cutlery. Lots of dirty tables with clients queuing to get in, Bit of a fiasco. We where in at 9 am so no excuse Great location, we where going to the SSE, only a 15 walk along the river, all in all a good night. "

"We went to breakfast a bit late and many food items were gone and not being replaced, coffee was barely warm. Evening meal service was extremely slow, over 2 hours . We felt ignored and had to ask. Most hotels had bottled water in the rooms but this one didn’t. The room service was excellent and the room cleaners very good."
