Easy to find in the middle of Kulmbach's central park. 7 minutes walk to a beautiful city centre. On a busy road, but very quiet once you're through the front door. Old fashioned, but we love old fashioned. Owner speaks perfect English. His family have owned the hotel for 140 years. (His suggestions for restaurants were both excellent.) The breakfast room has newly been updated. Breakfast really good with local produce. They have a guests' after-hours bar which we made full use of. Very handy...
