"We stay at this location frequently and always enjoy it. The apartments are spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and everything we need for a comfortable stay. "This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. "This rental was beautiful very clean and spacious. The location is very convenient if you are visiting the downtown area and for local shopping. The host was prompt with communicating when needed. It is a three story rental so the only issue was how tiring the stairs could be since the elevator was not available to use. I would definitely recommend and book with this host and rental property again. "
