"My 2 children and I arrived to the property late, around 11pm after a 5 hour drive. I had booked the room 2+ weeks in advance with the “pay at the property” option. We gathered our belongings and entered the hotel to be greeted by a kiosk with and an off property rep. After scanning my ID she informed me the the hotel was overbooked and the front desk had canceled our reservation. I did not get a phone call or email to inform me. We needed to find another hotel in the middle of the night and pay more. Very disappointed. I’ve arrived late to many hotels with the same payment selection and have never had this problem. I also hated the idea of the kiosk and not have that extra layer of hospitality and security ON PROPERTY. "
