"Asked for a Zelle “refundable” deposit and denied refund citing violation of house rules however there are documented images from their security footage that we did not violate those rules they claimed we did. "Good food options including breakfast buffet which was great. Clean and well maintained property. Staff were very professional. My friend forgot her eye glasses in the room before check out and realized after. The staff went up and found it for her. They had fallen between the bed and nightstand. That’s above and beyond IMO."

"Refused my registered service dog and I at the door and then refused to refund me. Stated they are adhering to their cancellation policy which I super did NOT cancel. I was told tough luck I should have read the policies more carefully. My dog is in fact registered with the ADA and yes I sure did present my card for proof. Super not worth the price. Same price you get a much better bang for your buck at Dorothy’s bed and breakfast. I would never ever try to stay here again"

"This is an older 2 story property with great big refinished rooms with lake views. Daily attention to room turndown excellent! Front desk staff very nice. Location is wonderful with the highway close, biking path and water close, food a short walk, and museums a short drive. Parking is free. Downside is part of the property is defunct with an empty pool, unused cafe and unused conference bldg. no elevator, no ice machine and poor shower pressure.
