They are responsive, which is even more important. And lastly, their location is perfect. Their riverboat tender continuously runs across the river to the ferry dock and other key locations. That’s our preferred way to travel. The local ferry is about 80 cents and will take you everywhere. They are set back from the rod about is quiet and serene. It is not a brand new hotel. It is handsome and has some age showing in little places. But with that comes wisdom. It knows how to treat guests and to respond in advance - and oxymoron I now. But it’s true. It’s the kind of hotel that anticipates what you may need and as a result the service is endlessly great. "

"Very convenient, since it’s near the Asok BTS station and the Sukhumvit MRT station, and connected to the Terminal 21 mall with 2 food courts open from 10-10. The staff are all polite and the premises were cleanly, though our room had a bit of an odd smell. The smell cleared out pretty quickly once the staff came to help freshen up and open our window though"
