"Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Bed was comfy and we were close enough to drive to all locations we were in town to visit. Ample onsite parking! Would’ve liked a more modern shower but overall we enjoyed our stay."

"so check in was a mess as they would not let my wife check in without me as her name was not also on the reservation. i understand there are security issues but I assured the front desk she was my wife and i was authorizing her to get a key. I was asked to call central reservations but they were useless and could not help me as the reservation was made through expedia. I was able to get expedia to add the name and the hotel eventually let her in. but should not have been so difficult for my wife...

"From 7/4-7/6 the pool WAS not available. And that’s because they allowed locals to have their 4th of July family cookouts there from 1pm til they closed the pools at 10pm. I mean so many people that you couldn’t even enjoy the pool because of all the kids & family members that was invited. When us guest paying close to $200 a night & not able to take a dip comfortably because so many people who weren’t even paid guest on the property. I was able to spend less than an hour on the 5th around 1pm...

"This place is worse than a Motel 6. I have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns and this place is not up to expectations, not even close. Stayed five days and TWICE they failed to service my room, even after I made it clear I wanted it serviced every day! The carpet in the hallways isn’t just dirty, it’s absolutely disgusting and filthy! The rooms are OK as far as cleanliness but not great. ZERO CHANCE I will return."
