"All the staff were absolutely fantastic"

"This hotel is in a beautiful location and looks lovely , however most of the staff were not helpful at all and I found them rude there is a pool but on arrival we were told this is not for children and very small the spa was not accessible and closed Sunday and Monday and you have to pay to use it around £18 per person the family room was comfy but we had to change to 2 small rooms as we had a 18 year old and we really struggled to sleep in this small rooms as the beds have thin mattresses which slide and slant the bed is 2 single beds joined together which kept drifting apart we really didn’t sleep Most nights and we were there for 6 nights this hotel Looks like a 5 star but is really a 2 star serve and comfort we paid £1200 pounds and was very disappointed they do not value there customers the gym is the only good thing and the breakfast buffet but without sleep we were very exhausted and couldn’t wait to leave 😔 I would never go back Here again "

"Age and not well maintained showing. Reasonably clean but bad smell HVAC system. "

"Excellent place to stay, food was good and fresh. Appeard clean and well maintained. Currently they gave ongoing renovation work with no/little impact. Only thing I would say is the room lacked drinking water however in reception there is a coffee machine and drinking water tap. "
