"no way to contact the agency to arrange key pick up because the contact number shown in hotels.com is not a valid number didnt receive any email in advance so we didnt know that we have to register at the security guide. already asked the management office but the officer there has no clue which agency that i book for which hotels.com confirmation didnt show up.. ending up the officer called another agency people to come and realised that i am not booked with them, they then advised me to go...

"We stayed in this property with my family, the rooms were really clean, the service was great and staff were really helpful and responsive at all times. The location is convenient, walking distance to Bangsar ,( shuttles also available ) however it’s a bit noisy and busy as it is still a central and busy suburb. Shared washer and dryer were available for a fee, but not in the apartment."

"The property is "ok" but there is no body to offer any sort of services. We inadvertently booked 3 apartments instead of 1, upon checking we pointed out the error and took only 1 apartment, informed Hotels.com, followed up with Hotels.com multiple times but they were unable to reach the hotel. Ethics are questionable at best- granted it was our mistake, but they could have let us know upon check-in and we would have taken the other 2 apartments as well. You can't reach them if you need...

"Having stayed there 5 years ago marked drop in standards. Had to change room due to leaking aircon. No toaster supplied all rooms why? Lifts very slow but our second room on 33rd floor great views and much better standard. Great location and desk staff excellent. Would stay there again."

"Awful! I had to ask for clean sheets. After two days I got them. I had no TV remote and gave up asking. Was just told the previous guest stole it. There were no bulbs in any sockets except for one . I kept asking for new bulbs and never got any. They communicate through WhatsApp and ignore you. No reception. Nobody knew I was coming and I was made to wait an hour for my room."

"I was very happy with this location for my couple day stay in Kuala Lumpur. It is a short ride from almost all of the tourist attractions in the city. The room was very clean, the pool has an excellent view of the city, and it feels very safe as they have security in the lobby all the time which you need your key to access. Additionally, the property was quick to respond via whats app if we needed anything."

"We really enjoyed our stay at The PARKROYAL Suites , the room had all we needed for a comfortable stay, with some nice extras , the only complaint we had was we stayed 3 nights and on 2 nights we were disturbed by a broken A/C which leaked badly lots of water down on our cooked food , and then had on both nights service engineers in our room for like 30 minutes with cleaning service to follow , But at checkout we never received no thanks , not a word about this disturbance and then we got hit...

"Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "

"Had the most excellent stay here with my husband and two teens. We had a double room suite & it was immaculately clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. House keeping was fantastic. The sky pool was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were hospitable & welcoming. The restaurant upstairs had the most beautiful view & the Tapas were fresh and scrumptious. Hotel location was perfectly central. Highly recommend. "
