"Nice place. Quiet and peaceful. Comfy beds. Cooking facilities were coffee machine, microwave and fridge. Pool was heated and clean. Breakfast was basic , continental. No hot items. Friendly, helpful staff. Supermarket and liquor store 5 minutes walk away. Nice view of the coast. Gloucester was a 20 mins walk away."

"All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. John at the front desk was amazing! He provided us with insider’s knowledge as to what and how to visit in Gloucester and Rockport. The West Wing room and bath were modern, clean and quiet. Parking right in front of the room- very accessible. We decided to turn off the room air and open the window (which looked like it hadn’t been open in a few years). Still nice breeze. Downtown is little too far to walk, but plenty of parking near restaurants and the harbor. Next time we might reserve a room in the manor!"

"Check in was easy with a free homemade delicious cookie 🍪! Parking spot was right next to our room. It is a vintage motel but quaint and clean. I would recommend the second or third floor for the best views of the ocean. Sunrise was amazing also, not too far from places to eat. We want to come back and stay during the winter and watch the crushing waves..."
