"Truly and Excellent hotel, due to amenities and location, but most of all, due to the caring, hardworking staff, in particular Nico, Alicia, Rhea, Tyce, and Jeap. Thank you to all of them. We'd stay here again and again!"

"방은 깨끗했고 바닥이 카펫이 아니어서 더욱 위생적으로 느껴졌습니다. Complimentary water가 없으나 컵에 수돗물을 받아 마시면 됩니다. 수돗물을 마시는 것이 약간 어색하게 느껴졌지만 금방 적응할 수 있었습니다. 암막커튼이 벽에서 약간 뜨는 부분이 있는데 하필 그곳을 통해서 아침의 직사광선이 침대의 베개 부분을 직격합니다. 그리고 실내 온도가 23도로 고정되어 있었는데 , 견딜만은 하지만 약간 춥다는 생각이 들었으니 추위를 많이 타는 사람이라면 따뜻한 잠옷을 챙겨오는 게 좋을겁니다. 아침식사는 매일 같은 메뉴가 나오지만 5일 동안은 질리지 않고 먹을 수 있는 기본에 충실한 메뉴였습니다."

"It was strange to find that the Best Western Hotel was entirely within as shopping centre. The signage to it could have bene a lot better. I booked the hotel because it was cheaper than in the city centre, but it was right next to a metro station (pity that one of the escalators to the platform was out of use), and a little further to the nearest tram stop. Buses also nearby, although I didn't use them. The breakfast had the widest range of food that I had experienced on my fortnight-long trip around mainland Europe - included meatballs!"

"Ringer hotellet runt 19:00 en söndag för att kolla parkeringsmöjlighet. Fick inget svar. Väl på plats är det ingen reception öppen och få ringa ett nr för att komma in. Får då också reda på att det inte finns någon frukostbuffé på måndag morgon utan bara en frukostpåse. Frukosten är en stor och viktig del i hotellupplevelsen. Skulle velat vetat detta innan, då hade jag inte bokat hotellet. Horellet kändes nergånget och inte så nice. Kommer inte rekommendera någon att bo där och priset var samma nivå som andra hotell i närheten som har bättre standard."

"After a 12 hour travel day it was very refreshing to get to this wonderful hotel. The staff were vey helpful and the room was well appointed. Great breakfast buffet started the day. The onsite restaurant was also very nice. Pere recommended a traditional Swedish restaurant just a 15 minute walk away. The restaurant, Tennstopet was AMAZING! Thanks for making our first trip to Sweden memorable."

"Again this place was very comfortable. The one point I was disappointed was the rooftop pool. We didn't realize how busy this particular weekend would be. I didn't find it a relaxing place. Too crowded for myself. We didn't even go in the pool as there really wasn't room."
