"Thank you for the opportunity to share about our stay. I cannot say enough about your staff. Every person who you met whether at the front desk or walking in any hallway was smiling and super helpful in every way. I needed assistance in the laundry facility, (totally my issue), I asked for help and was assisted immediately. Our stay was enjoyable and would recommend this location. Only negative was the road construction near the entrance, but that is unavoidable as progress was being made."

"The rooms are extremely comfortable and nicely appointed for the value. The location of this property is terrific - there is reasonably priced parking for guests in a lot immediately adjacent to the hotel, which adds to the ease of getting around and the sense of security in an unfamiliar place. The terrace is an absolute oasis and encourages relaxed hangs and chats with your companions. The property is within walking distance of countless great restaurants, drugstores, and shops. Check out the Farmer's Market a few blocks up the street on Saturday mornings!"

"I always stay at this Holiday Inn in Evanston--about once a year--when visiting family. The staff are warm and professional, the facilities, while not new, are comfortable and clean. The views from the higher floors are great, and the place is convenient to downtown Evanston and the lakefront, parks, etc. I will still again. And again."
