"The room smelled of septic system and staff was not responsive to this once they were told and the leaky toilet was simply mopped up and not taken care of. They simply said this region was associated with this ‘ biological odor’the staff did not notify us of all the perks. "An absolute gem in Mykonos with stunning view and exceptional service. From the moment we arrived we felt the warm welcome from the hotel stuff and specially shoutout to Sofia who walked us through everything. We had a signature room with private pool and best view in this island. Very close to hidden gems like little Venice, Zuma and best restaurants. Their stuff accommodated us for our late flight so we have enjoyed so much. Shoutouts also go to Kotso (vice manager), Leo, Athena, Yanko, etc....
