Just made the bed again. There was a clear indication that someone had slept in the bed before, plus there was hair by the pillows. I asked for milk for morning coffee, which I received (milk packets), only it had gone out of date 6 months before. I was down as soon as breakfast opened. The yogurt tasted like it went...

We were a bit late to the breakfast room and the staff person in charge allowed us to have some breakfast while she was cleaning up and putting food items away.
