Nice room comfortable bed. Soap dispenser was empty and no tissues. Heater/AC worked wonderfully. Best place to stay in Sterling.

I wish there were reading lights on either side of the bed. The heater unit was very loud. The room was super cute & spotless. The nice firm beds were great as were the pillows. Close to Scooters for coffee in the morning

A little gem
We love this little property. The room is spacious and clean. It’s got everything we need! We love the little courtyard. It’s a great little treasure!

Cute and inexpensive
I like the Crest. It’s conveniently located and charming. The hot water takes a little while to kick in, so be patient. The heater is a little loud but the price is right.

Hotel was in a quiet area away from the Interstate. We arrived late so we did not take advantage of the courtyard area. Our check-in was a no-contact check-in which resulted in the average rating for service. We would stay here when passing through again in the future.

Bed, decor, shower all great. Could hear conversations easily next door thru the walls. Also the HVAC was noisy cycling on/off. Otherwise the room was very nice.

Very nice stay. The beds were a bit hard for me and I also know that cold effects memory foam beds. Great room heater and nice hot water.

This is a charming old building that has been completely updated in the bathrooms with hardwood floors in the main room. Everything was clean and charming. The courtyard was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy my evening cocktail in a peaceful environment.

I really enjoyed my one night stay here! The room was clean and comfortable. There was an outdoor shared space that was very nice to sit in. I was able to walk downtown for dinner. I was really glad to find this little place!

I loved everything about this place! It's quiet and comfy. The decor is quaint, and it was in a great neighborhood and I felt comfortable wandering around the town. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights, once on the way to our destination and once on the way back. The first evening we were awoken by 2 men trying to get into our room. We think they had the wrong room as they were using keypad and looking at their cell phones. It was very upsetting none the less and I could not get hold of the hotel operator at the time, although later after texting him, he did get back to me to assure it had been a traveler mix up. Both stays we had the same room. The remodeling of the hotel was done nicely to bring it up to date. The room was clean and comfortable. I wish there had been a coffee maker in the room. It was nice to have a mini fridge and microwave though.

When we first pulled up the sign said no vacancy but rooms showed available on-line. Went a head and booked the room, all information was thru text message and e-mail which was quick. Had to wait 10 min after booking to get into the room. All rooms are keypad locks so quick and easy. Very clean.
