"There was a storm in the area when we arrived which had caused some issues during check-in. We had booked the room for 5 days, however, I had to move to another room because of the computer glitch. However, the day manager did contact me about the problem since our room had apparently been double booked. He helped me out with the price and also looked in depth for my wife's heated coffee cup that she had left in the lobby. He dug through the trash to find it but to no avail. He was way beyond...

"For check in they send you an email with the code to the entrance door and your room. Be on the look out for that. Parking is tricky. There is a public parking lot behind the the property that allows three hour parking during the weekday, unlimited during the weekend. Rooms are chic, well maintained, clean. Lots of shopping and fantastic restaurants in walking distance."

"We had never stayed in a bed and breakfast type place so we didnt know what to expect. The grounds are very beautiful, the hosts are so friendly and helpful. Fresh croissants which were amazing for breakfast. It was a good experience."

"Room and bathroom were dirty. Cobwebs and diet everywhere in the room. Toilet seat was broken and the toilet needed cleaning. Repairs made to the room were very badly done. Dog constantly barked. Room doors do not shut properly so they have to be slammed. Slamming was heard during the whole stay. Staff are friendly and Continental breakfast was appreciated."

"Had high expectations for this stay, first the good, staff, and I mean the single concierge on property was very kind, helpful and super courteous. Very nice young man.The main building has a nice early century feel dating back 300 years of history. Our complaint is with the room itself, it’s not well appointed, the bed sheets and pillows are OK but the bed is worn out and stiff ( you can feel the springs).
