"Great choice for individuals or families travelling and looking for no nonsense clean, comfy hotel at a reasonable rate. This is an older hotel, but very well maintained. I saw reviews that mentioned a musty smell, but in June of 2026 it was pleasant. It isn't flashy, but I would readily stay there again. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and room was clean. The staff was very courteous. We required no real assistance. But room was satisfactorily stocked with the usual items...

"The breakfast was good. Very friendly staff for the breakfast. The parking was easy. Location was good and we felt safe walking around the area at night. My biggest complaint was when we got to the room and went to use the bathroom the toilet was filled with excrement. Went to flush it and it wouldn’t flush. Went to use the phone and the phone didn’t work so we had to go back down to the front desk. She put us in the room next door, but no upgrade or money off the room for the inconvenience...

"I booked a room as a stop on a cross country trip. We were unimpressed: the check-in surprised us with a $100 deposit for incidentals, hallway carpets were dirty and the facility common areas were worn and dirty. Exterior doors were broken and would not close or lock. The room was only marginally better: worn furnishings, broken chair, and clearly used bedsheets that had stains and burn holes in them. Air conditioner was noisy and produced a rancid smell if it had to go to heating mode, so...

"Room was very clean and had plenty of towels. Staff were very nice and helpful. The upkeep of room maintenance was the only "problem". Paint was peeling in the bathroom as well as two lightbulbs out on the vanity. Tract strip for the carpet at the bathroom door was sticking out and sharp. Overall it was a great stay. We would definitely stay again."

"Dislike that we had zero hot water night of arrival n also the next morning. None whatsoever. Ice cold showers. When we told hotel staff they said yes we know sorry. That’s it period. No warning n pre apology. Nothing. Never ever recommend this Sheraton Sorry. But it was very unpleasant. Dirty carpets n drapes."
