"The hotel was in a great location, very central to the things we wanted to do while in Boston. The main common areas were clean. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful with our questions.
A few suggestions to make future experiences better....
1 - The lobby was overly crowded with tables and chairs. It made the check in area and accessing the front desk difficult. Just clearing the one row in front of the front desk would have made a big difference.
2 - Although it was great the hotel accepts pets, having a small on-site area to take the dogs to relieve themselves would have been a bonus.
3 - Ice buckets in the room with disposable cups other than coffee cups would have been a nice to have.
4 - The room had a mini fridge, but no microwave. Adding a microwave would be a great addition.
Overall great stay and would stay there again!"
