"We experienced the worst reception at the hotel that I have ever had in over 50 years of travelling. The hotel has zero legal parking areas at the hotel for unloading luggage, and you are forced to find temporary parking elsewhere. At the front desk, the attendant was completely unhelpful and smug. We prepaid for a two-night stay, but left very early the next morning after only one night and suffered the loss of the cost of the room for the second night because of our decision to leave rather...

"Really enjoyed our stay , room was clean and lots of towels ,beds were comfy, really good shower that had shampoo conditioner and body wash. Check out at 12 was really good to as lets you enjoy your stay :) also reception were super helpful on the phone in bedroom, had a hair dryer that wasn't working and replaced it with in 30 mins. And let us leave our bags when we checked out for free :)"
