"Loved our stay. Great little view. Comfortable room, and the sweetest staff ever. Very warm atmosphere. We will be back to this location!"

"The staff was not friendly or helpful. When I checked in they didn't great me and were very methodical. Same in the morning when I asked for late checkout. They just said no. I get it, you can't always accommodate, but just a friendly "I'm sorry" would have been nice. Someone erroneously charged my room and they just gave me a phone number and told me to call tomorrow with no explanation of what the charges represented. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times but will choose somewhere else next time."

"The staff were all very helpful, enthusiastic, and polite. I wish there was a gym. It's tough because with young kids that go to bed early, there's not much for adults to do at the hotel/surrounding area, except drink/eat which I didn't want to do."
