"The front desk person was courteous, professional and very helpful. The chair in the room was broken and could not be safely used. The air conditioner was very very loud. The pool in back was disappointing because there was no shade at all. Parking was plentiful and easy. The airport shuttle driver was very friendly and efficient getting us to the airport. "

"Definitely not the worst place I've been to but certainly not the best either. We were booked in a room near the back on the bottom, but the room was a bit messy and we had to clean it to feel comfortable. The kitchen appliances were nice but there were no utensils, plates, or pans to be able to cook anything. We were busy out and about during most of the time we were there anyway so we just accepted the room as it was. We did bring up our concerns on the day we checked out to a staff member...

"I want to start by saying I have stayed at this property many times over the last 10 years. Wirh that in mind, It had been a couple years since my last visit. I was unaware that an extensive refresh had taken place since my last stay. It came as a very pleasant surprise and I enjoyed my time overall."
