"The value is great considering the size of the room and the efficiency living elements -- frig, elec stovetop, micro wave, sink, cups, saucers, utensils and paper towels. The only downside is that the air conditioning/heating emitted a harsh smell when put on heat. Otherwise, the air conditioning was excellent."
