"The lobby smelled very bad like sewage. We had to bear it during check in. The smelled carried to the stairwells (elevators and hallways were fine) Room and bathroom were separated by a huge empty room. A pointless room hallway that made the room we got alot smaller. No bench or anything to sit down and put our shoes on at least. It was an empty space that didn’t have to be there and could have been part of the room. Instead it was cramped because of it, the bed taking up the actual “bedroom” it’s a beautiful hotel but pricey and very cramped and smelled really bad."

"The room was very clean, however there was a strong chemical odor that had to be flushed out by opening the window. The breakfast was well stocked and hot. The price reflected a great value."

"Property was nice but the homeless situation around the building was not. We used the parking garage next door and the elevator was urinated in. The entry to the hotel was entered as well."
