"The room was very good. AC was COLD and with 102 outside felt great. The beds are completely comfortable and head pillows were great. Size of the rooms is excellent and no road noise. We would recommend this to everyone. Ate dinner at their Gulf burger restaurant and the brisket tacos and burger was delicious. Very friendly staff."

"It's congenially located on the service road in Ranger close the State Park. However, it's just a place to sleep. Dated but clean and convince parking right by your room door. AC runs beautify!"

"Very nice rooms and pool area. Bar with limited menu and good drinks. The only staff person we saw in a two-night stay was the bartender. No one at the desk all weekend. Housekeeping closet was left open I guess in case we needed towels. Keurig and frig in room. No microwave. Vending machine for sodas but the bar and restaurant close at 9:00 on Friday and Saturday. Pool area was nice and surrounding property was quiet and secure."
Beach + Brazos River Access! Family-friendly Haven

"This location and house are so excellent that it makes the trip. This place is so luxurious that this may as well be the object of our trip. It runs right next to the river, and enables a family to play, relax and explore for hours. We also enjoyed the games, the amenities and the location itself. It is a minor distance away from neighbors and the town, just far enough away for privacy and a feeling of exclusivity. We were so blessed to rent this place, as it was also an excellent Midway point for numerous state parks. It is a wonderful place to come home, shower and relax. There is also a television with subscription services available for access to round up the evening with a fun show or movie. The hosts are also extremely kind. They were readily available and happily assisted with any questions to make sure your stay was as successful and enjoyable as possible. I would recommend the hosts to anyone who would try to schedule a family vacation, looking to insure your stay in their residence is a peaceful and enjoyable experience. My sincerest gratitude for their kindness and generosity. Over all, I am beyond happy with this experience. I will definitely be returning in the future for another visit. I have absolutely no complaints. What a perfect getaway."
