"The property itself is very nice, but the experience was just ok. We received conflicting information on several occasions about the food service at the bar and through thru text messages from the conceirge The view from our room was horrible. When asked for a higher floor, We were told that there were no rooms available due to a fully booked hotel at 11:00a.m.; however, we found that was not true. The front desk staff was not accommodating to moving us or allowing us to wait for a better room. "

"Checking in went smoothly, they were able to accommodate me needing a fridge and the request to be on a lower floor. The room was beautiful and so was the view. The only thing that has made me take a star away, was that it took almost 20 min to get my bags. The bellhop brought the wrong bags the first time, so had to wait an additional 10 min for him to get the correct bags. "

"For the price, you can't beat it. Mardi Gras has one of the lowest resort fees in Las Vegas. Don't expect much or you'll be disappointed. But you get a clean room with a fridge. That's all you really need anyway. Sometimes the elevator goes on the blink and it's slow to work, but otherwise I'll be coming back to the Mardi Gras."
