"The room was remolded nicely however, the pool was completely unusable, there was no breakfast, only two of lamps in the room worked, the roof outside is falling and the one emergency stairwell was almost completely unlit. When bringing these issues to the attention of the staff and manager on property they were unhelpful, and didn’t care. The best they gave us was the franchise managers email to send him an email. So while the sheets were clean and the property would’ve been great had the staff kept up with, what was supposed to be a beautifying engagement trip caused some great grief and frustration."
