Parking was 15€ per night which was very expensive, greeting staff was not that welcoming because we checked in in the evening, room was very clean and quiet even though the room was directly next to a street, breakfast was good

Pictures are not aligned with the exact room
Room pictures from the website were not aligned with the room we got. (We booked Superior Double Room) No table/desk in the room and only one chair which seems odd. Clean part can be improved as there is no trash bag in all the trash bin and a chewed gum stuck to feminine hygiene products trash bags. On the privacy part, although we have hang the Tag on the door to notify cleaning service not required but when we were back to the room, we noticed the trash bin was cleaned.

It very close to main roads to get places. Very clean hotel and very large breakfast if you pay for it. There is above parking and underground parking if you pay for it.

Brilliant, efficient, helpful & friendly staff. Everything was absolutely spot on. We did exactly get the room we requested (studio with kitchen). It was very quiet, even though the hotel was busy nearly every day. We stayed for a total of 13 nights as we added on another 3. Breakfast was fabulous too. We'll definitely be staying here again.

The manager was extremely nice to me. I don't remember his name but i know he is from Gambia. He made sure my needs were met and was very professional. Other staff were also very nice. Check-in was super easy as well. The only issue i had was, there was no telephone in the room, room service did not come the next day and sometimes it was a little bit difficult to express myself considering I can't speak Deutsch. Surroundings were not all that great. I would consider sleeping there again due to the staff's hospitality.

Modern, clean hotel room. It was a bit of a surprise that there was no desk in the room, however, since it felt like a business hotel.

We stayed 8 nights and absolutely liked everything! Very friendly helpful staff, super room with comfy beds and beautiful bedding. Breakfast buffet was brilliant each morning. We had a very quiet room at the end of a corridor as requested at booking, and the receptionist was ever so friendly and helpful at check-in, when we arrived later in the evening due to flight from London. Would highly recommend the NIU Star.

Certainly worth the price (I paid around 50$/night). Staffs are nice, breakfast is good, location is not that good. Internet connection wasn’t good. Clean and new building.

Das Frühstück ist super. Es gibt nur sehr wenige Parkplätze. Die unmittelbare Umgebung (hinten raus geht es zu einem Supermarkt) als alleinreisende Frau nicht angenehm.

Der var koldt inde på værelset og ventilation virkede ikke. Der var ikke redt op til de bestilte personer og, da vi henvendte os til personalet, fin vi dyne og sengetøj stukket i hånden og skulle selv klare det. Personalet var ikke særlig høflige

Una estancia muy agradable
Muy buena estancia, el hotel y la habitación muy estética y perfecta. Imposible aparcar sin pagar, hay garaje con cargo. El desayuno muy variado y completo pero muy caro. El personal muy muy amable, creo que volveré.

Neues und modernes Hotel mit sauberen und einfach eingerichteten Zimmern. Parken ist etwas schwierig, die Anzahl der parkplätze am Hotel ist sehr begrenzt.

Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, aber dafür gab es ein gratis Drink. Das Personal war echt sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
