"I was disappointed with my stay because several details listed about the hotel were inaccurate. There is no airport shuttle service, and lunch is not provided, contrary to what was advertised. The room itself also needs attention. The sofas and bed are outdated and should be repaired or replaced. "We had a very pleasant stay.It was warm,clean ,well equipped kitchen and very very generous amount of breakfast provided. Communication was excellent and we got all our amenities well. Highly recommended for a family of 4 or 5 for lotus 3 which was our stay for 2 nights.it was amazing .surely coming back again."

"Staff member checked me in and welcomed us and showed me to the room upstairs a few freebies in room nice touch Room clean and quiet, bathroom plenty of room shower in bath We had issues with toilet randomly flushing then leaking at the tap so turned it off overnight In morning 730am partner showered said was hard to get temperature right but ok my shower 845am I turned hot water tap on and then water stopped nothing so aborted and had a bird bath instead!
