"It’s a stylish, beautifully maintained hotel with excellent service and perfect grounds. The amenities are great; the pools are wonderful. Proximity to the beach is ideal. Breakfast is brilliant. Definitely recommend! Would book again in a heartbeat. Notes regarding the few things that I would have liked to be different: 1. The beds are a good king size, BUT on the soft side if you prefer a firm mattress like me. Too soft. 2. The choice of ambient music in the hotel isn’t always great: some classical and traditional jazz would suit the atmosphere way better than the lift music often being played. 3. The gym lacks a decent indoor pull-up bar. And the rowing machine is out of order!"

"We only stayed here for one night before a ferry to another island but we enjoyed our stay. We didn't arrive till midnight but there was someone waiting on reception to check us in. Room was nice, clean, comfy and quiet with a room on the back. Breakfast was good with a plentiful selection of items. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. Easy walk into the heart of Kos town. Check out was 11am and as our ferry wasn't till the afternoon we were able to leave our bags at the hotel whilst we did some sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again."

"Wow. Our favourite place. Now it’s our favourite hotel. Perfect location, access to beach. What can I say about the staff - where to begin. Demetrius aka Jimmy was fantastic - he was so attentive, and friendly. Went over and beyond. Greeted us with a warm smile and always had an affable personality. He gave us great food recommendations. He solved our problems. And was incredibly helpful. He is the epitome of Greek hospitality. Made our stay so warming and comfortable. And we definitely will come back again. Alexandra and adriana were so hospitable - breakfast and teas and coffee with a smile. They were incredible. Very attentive and kind. They are lovely humans. Also the Asian lady was also very nice - sorry I couldn’t get her name - beautiful energy and kind soul."

"We booked at the last minute after being stranded in Kos due to the recent air traffic control incident. We were tired & stressed & hoping to spend the day relaxing by the pool before our rescheduled flight. However, there is loud music EVERYWHERE in this resort (I know, we’re old!). It would be nice to have a pool area with no music for people who prefer a more chilled vibe. The food is unremarkable but plentiful - you definitely won’t starve here. The rooms are clean but need a bit of TLC (we had no warm water in the shower in the morning - lukewarm in the evening). The gardens and flowers around the resort are lovely & the staff are super friendly & helpful. Best suited for those looking for a lively resort atmosphere. It was a port in a storm for us - & we were grateful for it."
