"Our room had a broken blind/shade and I reported it to the front desk. They did not offer to change our room or comp us anything in return, which I think is bad management. We didn't want to change rooms, but it would have been appropriate to offer a solution. We are Hilton rewards members and I don't think we would stay at this property again."

"The overall stay was wonderful. We had called the property before booking, asking if there was shuttle service to & from the airport, & were told yes. Our only issue was upon arrival. We called the hotel for a shuttle & were told they left for the day. Taxi drivers said it wasn't worth their while to drive that short distance & it was too far to walk. Finally a kind taxi driver agreed to take us. The rest of the stay was great."

"This hotel is a great find! Very friendly staff, clean room, and great amenities. It is very close to the airport taking only about 5-10 minutes in the shuttle. Restaurants are close by but not really walkable but Uber eats was quick and easy. This was also an amazing value compared to surrounding hotels. The breakfast spread was pretty average for complimentary but still very good and The breakfast attendant was very friendly and welcoming. The fitness area was clean and the hot tub and pool were the perfect temperature. There was a little construction going on but did not affect the station (just the look). Highly recommend if you're looking to stay on site and relax in a quiet and safe environment. "
