"The hotel is a condo owned situation, so I am not certain all units are exactly alike. The unit itself is outdated and needed some sprucing up (mold in bathroom, peeling ceilings, lots of chipped paint)....ok it was clean, which was a bonus. Unit is laid out nicely, open and simple. There was zero housekeeping throughout our 3 night stay (no clean towels, etc.), but an envelope was left for tips. The property itself is lovely- facing a pristine lake with the sound of loons and colors of fall. All rooms appear to face the lake. Upper floor preferred- I was denied (flatly!) because I was told there was a group and wedding in house- Full. Staff at the desk was lukewarm- seemed annoyed I had booked through an online resource, and yes, annoyed I only spoke English. Not a super pleasant experience. The restaurant dinner was good, with lovely staff. Breakfast is a rather boring buffet for $25+. Hotel has minimal services. Lots of potential for improvement. Lastly, the hotels advertises a SPA onsite. This is not the case; there is a room that houses an independent massage therapist. The saunas are outside and nice, the indoor pool and hot tub are in much need a of a refresh, seemed dirty and dull.
Another key note- you cannot walk to anything really (some hiking and golf). This location is driving distance from all the Mont Tremblant towns. Short drive to St. Bernand which has excellent hiking."
