"The property smelled musty and the sheets were filthy. There were roach droppings and random bug parts in the sheets. I ended up leaving after being denied a refund and had to drive 3+ hours back home in the middle of the night. I asked the clerk about a refund after coming back from the conference I was at around 11pm. Since I checked in at 7pm, dropped my bags and went back to my conference he said I was not entitled to a refund."

I understand that there are many visitors in the pest control company can only catch what they can before somebody uses the room, but we need to be educated today before we just stay in a hotel and bring bedbugs home because there really is an epidemic The sheets were musty in the hotel room smell musty. "This appears to be an older hotel but very nice. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed very comfortable. There was a refrigerator in the room. A restaurant was attached to the hotel and the breakfast was great!!!! (I highly recommend it!) The hotel was conveniently located to the downtown area and to Lambeau Field. The staff were nice and friendly. We would stay here again!"
