We stayed here last year and the hotel appeared more on the run down side but clean. This year they are updating, painting etc. Very pleased with the stay and will stay again. Staff was very nice and the pool was great.

This is my second stay at this hotel. It is convenient and clean, but the overall appeal is starting to show its age. Otherwise great place. They have a fantastic pool area.

They were renovating rooms on the 1st floor. We were on the 2nd floor and it definitely was showing some wear, but overall it was decent and wasn't too bad. We only stayed a few hours for some sleep after driving in the pouring rain.

It was situated between Meramac Caverns and Onondaga Cave, with nice clean pool, breakfast and free wifi. We were very satisfied with our selection.

While the staff was very pleasant and our room was reasonably clean, there were several factors that made our stay less than satisfactory. Our room smelled strongly of paint from the painting going on below us, and the bed was uncomfortably firm. We also noticed that the back door of the building could not be properly closed, let alone locked. It was posted as being locked 24/7. One of the hand towels was quite yellowed. The television was mounted near the ceiling, which made viewing uncomfortable. Coffee and juice were available but were terrible. Overall, we felt like there was a lack of attention to details that would have made for a better and more secure guest experience.

The pool was great , good temp of water and pool area. My daughter and I really enjoyed. The room was fresh and clean. - The breakfast could use some more options but we did get something put in our bellies. Thank you

They are remodeling so there’s a bit of mess, but check in was a breeze and staff is very friendly. Our room was very clean and love the fact that the windows open to let fresh air in. The pool is awesome! Beds a VERY hard, my husband loved them, I did not. Overall a very nice place… would stay again especially after the remodel is completed

It is under construction. Walls are thin. Run down condition. Needs updating beds wete extremely uncomfortable made noise everytime you moved, we got no sleep

This location was obviously in the midst of a renovation. The room we were in didn’t match the photos at all. The beds creaked like the front door of a haunted house and had as much give as a block of concrete. The pillows were small, more like the size of a throw pillow. The sofabed cushions were stained and it sagged in the middle when not folded out. That said, the hotel itself was tidy and the staff was extremely polite. Hopefully, the reno will include new mattresses and furniture updates.

I think the hot tub steps need to have some sort of grip on the steps or not be slanted i fell nd hurt my ankle really bad

Hotel was in need of many repairs and cracks and holes in shower. Pictures did not match what I reserved . When hotels are put in a group rating I expect someone is checking that they are ok ? Very disappointed

I booked this hotel for me and my nephew. I booked because they had an indoor pool and hot tub where he could swim and i could relax in the hot tub. When we got there the entire hotel was being worked on. The pool was closed for painting. The smell of paint permeated theoughput the entire hotel. There were holes in the sheets and dirt stains. The beds were very uncomfortable and noisy. Overall it was not a good stay and my nephew who is onlyv11 was very disappointed. Hotels please let the booking agencies know when you are renovating and when pools are closed.

This place was super clean and cozy. No hotel stale odor. From the room to elevator to lobby, place was perfect. Great selection for breakfast. Clean dining. I will definitely stay here again.

Immaculate and Comfortable
This hotel stay was peaceful, clean, and very comfortable. It was immaculate; probably the cleanest hotel room I've been in this past decade. The staff was kind and courteous. Very comfortable mattresses.

Our room was clean, but the bathroom space was tiny and the bed was very uncomfortable. The hotel itself seemed to be in good condition, but the area around it is pretty rough.

It smells fantastic the minute you walk on the door. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We were a same day reservation and I was so happy that they were considerate putting us on the 3rd floor away from traffic noise. Much appreciated as I am a light sleeper.

Our bathroom was dirty, the floor had dirt in the corner and on the floor and the bathtub was black on the bottom. A magic eraser could clean this up. The room was nice but the carpet was old and worn.

The front desk, breakfast, and pool area was very nice. The room itself needs attention. The tub was very dirty and needs to be resurfaced, there was urine on the back of the toilet near the screws and tabs not property cleaned, the furniture is old pressboard and falling apart. Sheets were clean.

The bed was God awful….hard and lumpy. Previous person left a pizza, but wasn’t cleaned out of the fridge. The carpet could use some shampooing throughout. Hot tub was ok not very hot. Bottomline….No more Baymont Hotel for me.
