"A great alternative to overpriced chain hotels. Room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was better than most. I really appreciated the refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A amenity that seems to be disappearing from most chains,a microwave in the room made life easier."

"It was a great experience staying at this hotel. It is very well maintained. Many restaurants close by and even the complimentary breakfast has good options. Would definitely recommend if you are planning to stay in Sutton, Royal gorge bridge is 1 hour away. Also blackwater falls are also 1 hour away towards the other side. Many activities can be done at nearby lake"

"Location was good. Restaurants close by. Parking lot in definite need of repair. Rooms need USB ports for charging. We also had trouble with room keys losing programming. Breakfast was good. Would stay there again"
