Some of the toiletries was empty, I didnt reported it coz it was already a little late when I decided to take a shower and found out that the body wash was empty and the conditioner was almost empty as well. I used shampoo to wash my body. There was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom as well and the towels were only two each. "The floors in the room were so filthy they turned my socks black and I was forced to wear shoes in the room. See photo for the result of a quick swipe of the floor. This was also possibly the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, with staff yelling down the hallway before 8:00am and pounding on the floor above. Definitely a place to avoid."

"Our first room had no AC, Rey the desk manager assigned to another room. That room the TV would not work (no signal), she walked us to another room and couldn't get that AC to work, finally the 4th had both. We then found that the pool was closed permanently.....so this hotel I can't recommend to families. Then the workout room was closed.... honestly if weren't so tired from driving - we would have left."

"The room was clean and fresh smelling. The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast was one of the best! Handicap parking was adequate. Although I reported a vehicle parked in the striped area between the two handicapped spots and nothing was damaged nevto have the vehicle removed. This made it very difficult to maneuver with a walker. Otherwise the stay was great!"
