"It was a nice and easy check in and check out process. Staff were friendly and courteous. Everything is super close and would stay again. Parking is awful as expected but there was a garage done the block for $50 a night."

"We loved our stay, the view from our room of the Empire State and entire city was amazing! Our room was beautiful. The only unfortunate part was the club level was closed for renovations but we still got charged the full amount for the experience fee. Apart from that it was a perfect stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to New York to stay there. The location is perfect , across the road from the train station. Just around the corner from Katz Deli too!"

"This is the Best Location in town. Walkable to popular attractions. Amazing view of the Empire State Building. We’ve stayed at many places in New York. Mid and high range, multiple neighborhoods, but Virgin is my Fav!!!!"

"The hote is really nice with big comfortable rooms that are decorated in a way that reminds NY apartments, which is great.
Its pretty quiet also which is a great point in my eyes, located right next to the 6 station which can take you a lot of places, I highly appreciated and recommend this hotel"

"This was built as a 5 star establishment, and the door weights and materials will remind you of 1990s property that afforded a non-fake luxury.
This is not the ubiquitous “luxury” pizazz term seen all over the place. It still remembers what Gen X knew as luxury aka quality not a scene."
