"I read some very negative reviews about this hotel the night before I arrived. I found it super easy to get to from the airport. 1 stop on the subway and a couple of minutes from the station. Great when I arrived at midnight. Room was large & clean. Smoking room but I never noticed any smell and I am sensitive to odours. Next to elevator but not a problem. Just stayed the one night before leaving Osaka but I would stay here again! Great view in the morning across Osaka & Kobe."

"一歳の子連れで和室素泊まりで利用。建物は古いが受付も部屋も清潔で、最上階の大浴場も快適であった。子ども用のシャンプーも準備されていた。チェックイン時にアメニティがもらえたり、一階の売店にはオムツも売っており、子連れに優しくとても快適に滞在できた。あえてデメリットを挙げると、幹線道路からホテルに曲がる道が、夜はわかりにくい点か。また是非利用したい。"
