"This hotel was worse than the photos. It had a musty/dirty smell. As I walked to my room a very large dog was in another room and barked aggressively every time you walked past. The people in the room across the hallway sounded as if they were having a domestic dispute. The yelling and screaming could be heard from my room. "I made a reservation and they turned me away. They saw I used Expedia points and they didn’t accept the rate. They were looking at my price, not my price + the monetary value of the points I used. They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate."

"Only complaint was the bathroom was very small but not a an inconvenience."

As night approached we noticed there was no shade to pull down to keep the big bright light right outside our room at bay so we could sleep. "Everything was ok until we decided to go to the hot tub before it closed for the night and the water looked more like soup broth with stuff floating in it. In the morning went for the “included” breakfast only to find out the kitchen was closed for maintenance. "Beautiful outside setting that was clean with view of the Missouri River. Indoor pool was very small and water looked abnormally thick- didn’t get in. Room was clean. Front desk at check in was nice but rambled off a ton of information in a short time span and I didn’t get most of it. It was regarding breakfast, internet, pool/gym…. Checkout.
