Hotel Ski di Sun Valley

"I had a medical issue in my family - mom is in hospital down in Southern California with major issues. I tried canceling and or changing dates. I purchased protection on my hotel just in case something like this might happen. I talked to them too. No one helped fix the issue. So I paid for protection but didn’t get any and I paid for a room and didn’t get to use that either. Not happy "

"The hotel is clean and well maintained and the staff was very nice. A previous guest changed the settings on the room tv and I couldn’t log in to my account. The front desk gentleman helped me get it all working. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is a great location. It’s walking distance to several restaurants and a grocery store."

"Mountain decor was nice. Balcony was super nice. Great location for walking through town. Good parking. The town is slow to get up in the morning - found a little coffee place a few blocks up. Nobody at the desk overnight though had me triple checking I had my key with me. Pool setup is a little weird with huge windows to the front desk so it’s like an aquarium. Nice place. Cool town."
