"Love the location and view and overall feel. Some rooms evidently have air conditioners and our’s did which made it warm to sleep. Also ordered the romance package for our anniversary and got Valentines Day heart working in the room. Applied for a room upgrade with the romance package and was told it’s unavailable then our friends with no special occasion were offered a free upgrade. Misses all of those."

"Everything was fine at the property except for one thing. No air-conditioning! Even though it’s in the mountains, it still gets hot up here and the room was so uncomfortable at night trying to sleep. We even had all the windows open and the patio door open and the fan going. It was still unbearable."

"2 of the hot tubs did not work properly. The location was good but there was not shuttle service to take you up and down the main street. You are on your own. The restaurant and bar staff was nice and pleasant. The front desk staff were very nice but so new they did not have a lot of information to help us. We really enjoyed a property a year ago that has a shuttle to call and were very helpful. I was surprised at a premium property on the strip would have not been more helpful."

"The location was great the room was clean and comfortable. Getting in and out however was a nightmare! The instructions were terrible, the door lock wouldn’t work after we finally tracked down the right location to check in, which was totally different that the lame instructions. We wasted a good two to three hours between the check in and them figuring out the code issue - ridiculous!"

"The room layout was great! We chose a 2 bedroom condo and it was very spacious with some very pretty views. The condo does not come with AC, there were 2 window fans, but 1 window had a broken latch so you were not able to open it and it was the only window that would open in the room, it was HOT for a June stay. The inconvenience of checking in a good 20 min walk away is also hard because the key card that was given to us did not work so we had to wait about 20-30 min outside our door for...

I think the property should have provided roll up blind and portable fan instead. And the big mirror next to bed was uncomfortable. I'm surprised to see there were that many 4 or 5 star reviews."
