"Springhill suites is doing some remodeling. We had stayed here before and we’re very happy with it which is why we booked again. The front desk when we first arrived was a very nice young man who took great care of us as we were retired. We were out all day the next day, and when we were returned, We found that our room had not been cleaned or beds made up. I had to take our dirty towels and glasses downstairs to trade them out and was told they just didn’t know what happened. The beds were made the next day but again no clean glasses. The beds were very comfortable, and the complementary breakfast buffet was better during the weekdays than on the weekends. Great location."

"Front door to the property wouldn’t open completely. Lacked ice machines on each floor, only one on the ground floor. The bed spread had a bad smell. The window rattled with the wind."

"Outdated facility needs a lot of repairs and very little maintenance has been done to the rooms. Beds are super hard and very uncomfortable. Water pressure in faucet and shower really lowThoroughly inspect room if you happen to stay there. Will not be staying there again."

You would think the next day they'd figure that out and try to fix the issue but no one even checked or came by "
