"Where do I start
I have traveled the country extensively over the years and stayed at many properties and I am overall very easy to please but this place was in the top five worst I've ever been to.
Pool was full of leaves, hot tub was down the first two days.
They have a beautiful stand of trees next to the pool but unfortunately that brings the birds so the chairs were all full of bird crap.
The ashtrays hadn't been dumped in days from their smoking areas.
I wasn't expecting a continental...

"The shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were useless. They were in little very stiff bottles that required both hands to get any out of the bottles. In order to use the body lotion I flattened the bottle with both hands to dispense the bit of lotion onto a tissue. I realize this is not the fault of the staff, but whomever is in charge of choosing what to order for use of guests.

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was not helpful when we tried to check in early even though the hotel was not full, we arrived at 12pm and had to wait until 3pm without a car. The nearest mall with restaurants is close to 2 miles away which required us to take an uber to shuttle back and forth for lunch and dinner.
