"Great hotel. Clean and friendly staff. Only one of the three elevator worked during the stay which was a little inconvenient but things happen I guess. Room was clean and comfortable. East on and off 494 and close to mall and by light rail station if would use. Safe area and spacious parking lot. Will use again"

"Carpeting in the room was stained and dirty. It was mid April and there was no heat the first two days. They had the air turned on in because it was an old building. They could only have air or heat, not one or the other so they offered to bring a space heater to our room and finally on the last day of it being in the 40s, they switched the building back to heat. The rooms are very outdated for the price."

"It was updated and room was spacious. Parking is not included so be prepared to spend $ for parking. "

"Great room, great hotel. We ended up forgetting our cell phone charging cube and cord. The hotel has a very difficult policy for getting your property back. It is not likely we will be able to get it back. :("

"Hotel room was spacious. Bathroom, clean. Definitely an older property in need of updates (rickety elevator, old carpet, general wear and tear). Breakfast was unhealthy as are most hotel breakfasts in the US. No better, no worse. OK value. Good place to get some rest before our next flight. However, we waited 1 hour before finally getting a shuttle from the airport (we started calling at 11:54pm, and the shuttle driver finally pulled in to pick us up after 1:00am). It appears that the front desk employee was "helping another guest" for the 8 calls i made). Or, was the driver M.I.A. for an hour? Anyway, our room was quiet, and the morning crew seemed more attentive."
