"Staff was spectacular, I'm so sorry they have to deal with less than delightful guests on what seems like a regular basis. We greatly appreciate you and enjoyed our gift of champagne. Area is very walkable, bed is on the softer side of Japans hotel beds. Our room was big enough and it was one of the smaller ones.
