"Overall everything was good! Nice hotel, I really liked the layout of the room and the breakfast was great with lots of choices! The only thing I was disappointed with is I payed extra to have a room on the top floor and I did not get that! They said the hotel was full and I was no longer getting a room on the top floor. At about 4am I was abruptly awaken by loud noises from above (my heart was a racing). The noises went on for about 10-15mins! No compensation was offered."

"I have never booked a room and been ask to pay 10 to park overnight. I would not pay it as the price was the price per Expedia.
Hall carpet was very dirty. In our room something on floor that was red and wet. We had to put a towel on it. Will not use this motel again. Too many nicer ones to choose from.

"I received a room that wreaked of cigarette smell. I immediately notified the front desk and he walked over to confirm. I was only staying one night, so I kept the room and didn't make a fuss. It was a first floor room which was a convenience with all the luggage and small children. But I should've made a fuss and changed room. I was tired. Maybe front desk should've immediately offered me another room."

"We stayed at ten hotels on our recent road trip, and this was out favorite! The breakfast was varied each day, and the attendant was attentive and kept the food trays filled. My husband cannot eat gluten, and there were many gluten-free options. We were traveling with our teen grandson and liked the suite style of the room. We will stay here again the next time we visit nearby relatives."

Staff explained booking through the front desk would trigger the discount for veterans, with proof of veteran status. Expedia website offered no Veterans discount option or process to obtain one.
