"Checkin took 45 minutes and we were the second one in line. Ordered salmon and smash patty melt from the coyote Catina - it was absolutely terrible ( soggy broccoli, tasteless rice and weird smell). Would not stay again, especially for $200 + a night and $100 in food.

"Good breakfast and comfortable beds and great AC. Shower is an odd shape but good size. However, the tiny curved shelf hardly holds a bar of soap and 1 travel bottle of shampoo. We would still gladly stay here again. "

"Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!!
When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible!
Staff were pleasant though and did their job. "

Followed instructions to get towed and beds done while we were out from 9:15 to 4. Room not done. Called front desk. Rang 20 times and no answer. Called guest services. Rang 20 times. No answer. Called front desk again.20 times, no answer. Went to front desk in person and told them I wanted room put in order. "The property is clean and new. Very basic, minimalist. No pots or pans because "they disappear" per staff but I was directed to a store to buy pots and pans. No ice machine as the in room fridges have them, but ours did not work. A/C was fine. There is no pool, and I missed that in the property listing. My fault, but it is worth noting in Phoenix/Mesa."

Kitchen was stocked with essentials.
Floor was a little dusty. A broom was provided.
Hook for towel by shower was too high to hang towel.
Jaccuzi bath/shower needed caulking and cleaning or replacing (could tell it was old). I did not use Jaccuzi.
Bathroom floor had cracks in the tile.
Laminate flooring was old
Light switch for room is inconveniently located inside the room by the pass through door to next unit (not next to door).
