"The bathroom in particular was not clean. The shower curtain was moldy and made tge bathroom smell terrible when the door was shut for a period of time. The baseboard around the bathroom was filthy with dust and hair. To top it off the shampoo and conditioner containers in the shower were empty. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were nice and professional and took our feedback well, which is important."

"There was a situation where I was followed by someone on a morning walk nearby the hotel and as soon as I entered the hotel and asked for them to help me, the 2 men at the front desk quickly helped by one going outside to find the man and one immediately calling the police. I felt safe and cared for and although Portland has some bad eggs roaming around I would stay here again because of how safe and cared for the staff made me feel. "Everything about this hotel is spectacular!!! It is brand new and everything is great from check-in to what you have in your room and Kitchenette, to the outdoor patio and the onsite laundry that came in very handy!! I’ll be back to this location!!"

"Cute! Minutes away from downtown Portland, quiet neighborhood and plenty of parking on the streets. Definitely staying here again!"

"I usually enjoy my stays at Hampton Inna, but this one was a bit of a letdown. While valet parking is nice, it was a little awkward for my needs on this occasion. The beds were also a little too soft (perhaps time for a new mattress?). While there was really nothing wrong to specifically point to, after a long day of traveling, it just didn't quite meet the mark I usually associate with Hampton Inn."
