The rooms were modern and clean, the view was excellent, and it was close to the beach and town. Secure parking, lovely staff, good breakfast. Some of the details in the room needed finessing, e.g air conditioning was not connected, had to search for the right switches to make the light and fan work, etc. But overall recommended!

A two night stay in at Namib Guest House. Good location, friendly welcome, assistance during our stay, and comfortable room meant that this b & b was perfect.

Perfect spot for a couple of days in Swakop. Everything is still brand new. Great shower, bed. All the amenities. Great location close to sea and main roads. Very friendly staff. And good value.

Lovely family run guesthouse in a central location. We appreciated the warm welcome and local information, including advice that the town centre was safe to walk around in early evening. We liked the secure car park with attendant who washed our windscreen for us.
The room was quiet, twin beds with firm mattresses and pillows. There was coffee, cookies and a minibar. We walked to the jetty in the early evening to have dinner at The Tug and take their shuttle service back.

What a beautiful hotel in Swakopmund. Close to shops, restaurants and beach.Very clean and staff always friendly and helpful.
Restaurant served delicious meals.
We had an issue with our fridge and it was looked at and replaced.
Would highly recommend to stay at this hotel, rooms are also quite spacious.

Excellent location in an historical building, with great views of the Atlantic Ocean. Very friendly and accommodating owners. We liked it so much that we booked an extra night.

Fantastic stay, Rainer & Silke the owners were so helpful & friendly. It is more like a 25 minute walk into the centre of Swakomund but it's along the seafront so very picturesque.

The hotel was so calm and relaxing. The staff was very pleasant. Ruby stood out for us with her kindness and willingness to help.
The spa was like stepping into a calming bubble.

What a wonderful stay. Super staff, really nice facilities. We booked last minute and after so long on the road camping, to have such a comfortable welcoming place to stay was a godsend. Room is very clean, very well equipped and the staff is ready to help with absolutely anything. I can't thank them enough.

The Hotel is comfortable, with nice large rooms, with sea views. It is about ten minutes walk to the centre of town, but it is safe to walk even at night, so not a problem. Also the Hotel has a restaurant so you can eat there.
We had a problem with the check in, because they wanted to charge us for breakfast, even though the Expedia booking confirmation said explicitly that breakfast was included. They wanted to argue with us about this and were reluctant to give us the breakfast, saying it...

We had a very good stay at The Residence At Villa Wiese. We booked a family room - it's an ensuite room with a double bed and an upstairs room with single beds for the kids.(They loved having their own space upstairs.)
The rooms are clean, comfortable and cosy.
Breakfast is included in the stay and is served buffet style, offering a variety of food.
The guest house is conveniently situated in the centre of town. We parked our car and walked everywhere. Everything (shops, restaurants, cafes...

We are regular visitors to Swakop, and booked at Atlantic Villa for the first time. What a wonderful suprize - luxury accommodation, staff who were both friendly and sincere, and quality finishes. We could not have asked for more.
Not only was the unit spacious, the lounge area offers great athmosphere, and is a lovely way of spending evenings next to a fire relaxing, reading and (as we had to) working.
This was the best price to performance ration we experienced in Swakopmund - and during...

The staff were super helpful and welcoming. There is a hotel restaurant in the building next door which does breakfast and dinner. The menu looked great but I didn’t get chance to have my breakfast as my transport back to Windhoek arrived at 7am (worth bearing in mind if you are booking a shared shuttle bus back to the city)!
